Delete your People's Exchange account

This page explains how to delete your People's Exchange account and data.

In the app

  1. Open People's Exchange and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account forever.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, posts, photos, trades, messages and ratings are permanently erased. Reports you filed about others may be kept without your identity for safety. Records we're legally required to keep may be retained for the time required by law.
